Installation Error Message: “Untrusted Enterprise Developer or App”

Issue:
The app or Enterprise Developer has not been trusted on the user’s mobile device. Until the app has been trusted, the app will not be available for use.

How to Correct:
To “Trust” the app the User must go into the Device Management menu in setting to correct. A typical path to find Device Management menu in settings is;
Settings>General>Device Management>Tap the FLIP app >Click trust device.
Android devices may direct you to trust the app via popup messages you can respond to. Once you have “trusted” the app follow these instructions:
  • Tap App icon on mobile device
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter a password
  • Tap 'Submit'
  • App should load
