CPE Process & Criteria

FLIP decks can now be built for learners to receive CPE credit

In recent months, FLIP has established the rulesets and technology requirements for FLIP micro-learning content to meet CPE standards set by NASBA. With this noteworthy enhancement, new content created in FLIP can be developed for CPE credits and count toward NASBA’s 20/120 requirements.

Process
Coordination with 3rd parties (FLIP & Learning.net)
  1. Contact the FLIP team to set up a discovery call: support@flip.training.
  2. FLIP Team: Initiate the validation process with Learning.net by submitting a request from the website.
NOTE: Learning.net validation cost is $3,200 per course (does not include FLIP development costs)
    1. The website includes the following resources:
    2. CPE Process & Documentation
    3. NASBA Guidelines
    4. Knowledge Check CPE Criteria
    5. Final Assessment CPE Criteria
  3. FLIP Team: Follow NASBA guidelines to create a CPE-compliant course.
  4. FLIP Team: Deliver content and required CPE documentation to Learning.net for review, testing, and NASBA approval.
  5. Client: Submit a course intake form to CTS and obtain a LMS course number. This allows the FLIP course to communicate user completions to a user’s LMS learning history.
  6. FLIP Team: Test FLIP course on PC and mobile app to ensure the course is communicating CPE data and Learning.net’s certificate
e-mail automation automatically sends CPE certificate.
  7. Client: Confirm go-live date with FLIP team and Learning.net.
