Create a Promotion

Create a Promotion

Promotions are perfect for drawing attention to new content or announcements and can be targeted to specific users and on specific pages.

Step 1


  1. Locate and expand the Content section in the main nav.
  2. Click on the Promos section.
  3. Click on the button in the top right of the screen titled Create Promo.

Step 2

Fill out the details of your promo banner.
  1. Create a title
  2. Choose a destination upon click/tap
    This is optional. Can be a location within the app or external.
  3. Choose the audience group (connection)
  4. Pick the location to be displayed (Library, Channel, Home, or all)
  5. Upload an image
    1000px X 274px
  6. Choose a timeframe for the promo to be visible
