Our platform provides a multitude of organizational containers in which you can structure your content. Once you understand the hierarchy, the sky is the limit!

Channel

All Channels that a user has access to are displayed in the Library. Channels are the largest bucket FLIP has to offer. Visually represented in a rectangle shape with an icon at the left.
  1. The icon is chosen from your organization's icon library (which can be customized to your brand).
  2. The icon color can be customized to be on-brand as well.

Bookcase Line

The Bookcase Line is the header for a Bookcase or group of Bookcases. It is the second-largest bucket in FLIP. You are able to add a search to this level. This allows you to isolate the user's search to just the Bookcases within. Visually represented with text.

  1. There is no character limit. The best practice is to be unique and descriptive.

Bookcase

A Bookcase holds at least one Category with multiple Decks. Bookcases are the third largest bucket in FLIP. Visually represented by a square shape with a color band across the bottom that has title text within it.

  1. The color can be customized to be on-brand.
  2. There is no character limit, but the best practice is to keep it very short.

Deck Line

The Deck Line is the header for a Deck or group of Decks. It is the fourth from the largest bucket in FLIP.  Visually represented with text.

  1. There is no character limit. The best practice is to be unique and descriptive.

Deck

A Deck is a collection of Cards. It is the second smallest bucket in FLIP. Visually represented by a rounded edge vertical rectangle.

  1. The Deck has the option to add a full-bleed image.

Card

A Card is the smallest bucket in FLIP. Visually represented by a rounded edge vertical rectangle.

  1. The front side does not scroll, so the best practice is to keep the verbiage on it short.
  2. You can add two sizes of imagery. (Gloden: 700px X 438px & Full-bleed: 700px X 1133px).
  3. The back side does scroll. It is best practice to keep the content to 3000 characters.
  4. You can add imagery, audio, video, and much more.
