This KB will explain how to assign a connection to a single user and Card to publish on the platform. Please make sure to read the article on how to create a connection before reading this article.

Assign a Connection to your User

Now that you have your connections created, you will need to assign them to users. Note: we are able to assign users to a connection upon login through SSO. You are also able to assign a large list of users to a connection from a connection sync (which is explained in a different article). For this example, we are demonstrating how to assign a connection to a single user.

From the main left navigation, expand the Access dropdown and click on the Users section. This will bring up the list of users that are available to you. Click on the user's name you would like to assign the connection to.

Once you click on the user's name, you will be taken to their user information screen. At the top right of the screen, under the connections header, type in the name of your connection in the search field, and select it. It will display as a pink pill shape. You can repeat this and assign a user multiple connections.
