Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Chrome

Should you encounter prolonged loading spinners or blank screens while attempting to log into the FLIP platform, it is advisable to consider enabling third-party cookies as a potential solution to alleviate these issues.

To enable cookies, first:

  • Login as usual and wait for the issue to appear again.
  • When the issue happens, look to the Chrome URL bar near the top of the browser. A crossed-eye icon should now appear like so:

  • Click on the eye icon, then select “Site not working?” Finally, select “Allow cookies.”

  • Chrome should automatically refresh the page for you.
  • Try logging in again to see if the issue is resolved.

Note: This only needs to be done once unless you use private browsing or clear all history. With private mode, this needs to be done for every new private window you use.
